Most items in our collection are “made to order”, therefore, items are usually shipped out 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. We ship through USPS first class, which takes between 2-5 business days to arrive. If you haven’t received your package after 5 business days, you may contact us here so we can further assist you.

We are so sorry you lost an earring from our collection! But do not fret, we are happy to help you with that. Please email us at desertmoondesign.ca@gmail.com with a clear picture of the earring you need replaced and we to set up an replacement earring transaction.

We use high quality non tarnish 14k gold fill for most of our designs. We also use sterling silver and solid brass. For every design, we list what metals are used. All ear wires are lead and nickel free + hypoallergenic. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, but can be easily cleaned with our cleaning cloths, same goes for brass.

Of course! That’s no problem, there will be a shipping fee accrued to the repair quote. Please contact us at desertmoondesign.ca@gmail.com to get a quote, with a clear picture of the item in need of repair.

We love brass in it's natural state, although it can be sensitive to moisture, so we recommend removing your brass jewelry before showering or sleeping & storing it in a dry covered space, such as a jewelry box. Brass will naturally tarnish just like silver, and can be cleaned easily with our cleaning cloths. Sometimes under certain circumstances brass can develop a "sick" spot, easy to fix just requires a little buff out with this tool. You may also contact us for a free cleaning or more info on our buffer technique.

We strive to make each and everyone of our customers happy with their purchase. Being a small business and made to order items, we are not able to accept refunds yet. But if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to make an even exchange if your item appears to be unworn after inspection. We use all high quality metals in each of our designs. Each ear wire is handmade out of either 14k gold fill or sterling silver, both of which are free from lead and nickel and eco friendly. If you have sensitivity to chain, rest assured, all our chain is made from high quality sterling silver and 14k gold fill, lead and nickel free!
