We made a 14k gold filled version and a mixed metal pair - curved bar and ear nuts are sterling silver with a 14k gold filled ear post. Lead & nickel free + hypoallergenic. Esund measure approximately 1" long by 1/4". Each pair comes with a metal backing that to match the curved bar + silicon backings for a snug fit.
